Subject: Other Handicappers

Someone asked "why not other handicappers".   Why not, if they are charging extraordinary fees in the thousands, telling you you're going to make ten times more than what was paid in order to get you to fork over the money, then, yeah, expose them as well.  Jim Feist will attempt to charge someone 15k or more for his football and basketball package while a rep, for example, Ken (Coffinman) tells you that you'll make 10 times that over the season.  They try to work you over hard with their lies.  Jim Feist is a worthless piece of garbage and an absolute waste to human society.  Your website exposes the legacy of Jim Feist for the worthless piece of sub-humanity he is.   He'll do his best to live out the rest of his pathetic life trying to enjoy to money he's ripped people off while attempting to escape the absolute fact that he's a sewage repository.  What a legacy.

Owner of site- Glad someone's going after the thiefs that these guys really are. why not limit it to just Feist and his group. How about adding other total scammers to your site such as Wayne Root, Joe Wiz, Brandon Lang and Greg Roberts?

NSS rep promised I couldn't go wrong with them. That changed straight away once they shook all the dimes they could out of me. They left me busted and heavily in debt. I was conned by their lies. I'm with you 100%, shut them down.

You don't have to steal illegally when you can steal like Jim Feist.  It's easy.  Advise people that your professional picks will make them a lot of money, persuade them to sign a contract releasing you of any or all future claims and demands in law or equity, and let the legalized theft begin.

The priority of Jim Heist and his accomplices is not helping you make money, it's acquiring your money.  Without a doubt, people hate getting ripped off.  And you will too. To Jim Heist, it's not about you making money, it's all about them acquiring your money, like it's some type of competition for them to steal your money.  Look closely at the verbiage of their contract.  It's all written to take your money, and a lot of it.  Legally, too, if you happen to get sucked into signing their contract without ammending the contract to protect yourself.  THEIR contract is written to effortlessly take a lot of money from you.  What guarantee are you receiving?  None.  They aren't guaranteeing anything except to give you advice, good or bad, for the timeframe specified.  Under THEIR contract, you aren't even guaranteed to receive back even a small portion of their outrageous service charges for poor service, let alone the money you'll spend following their advice.  Again, what do you receive?  Picks which can be consistently bad because they aren't guaranteeing anything.  On the other hand, they are guaranteed to get your money if you sign their contract.   Is that fair?  No, not in the least.  Subsequently, if or when you realize you've been misled by their dazzling actually unguaranteed promises (which you may have thought guaranteed verbally), and you decide you want most or all of your money back, the gloves will come off.  You'll need to be prepared for a lawsuit.  To repeat, their number one priority is to take your money, and they'll try to ingratiate themselves towards you to convince you that your expenditures will grow quickly into piles of cash.  Prudent risk management and a little common sense will tell you that the risks are too insecure for such an enormous outlay of money.  But they'll do all they can to entice and feed your desire to make a lot of money, and make you feel like you are truly a friend, in order to cause you to overlook extremely important facts like this. They've been effective tactics for them in the past.   Don't be fooled, they do not care about you, they care only for the money you'll sign over to them, and they're salivating all over themselves to get it.   To repeat and please don't miss this crucial point, they don't really care about you at all, they only care about the money they can get from you.  Be smart, this information is much more valuable to you than what you're going to pay them (to lose).

Subject: jim feist scam

I became involved with these idiots the end of 2006. I was given an alleged deal for Glen McGrew Vegas Steam games - I was suckered into 7 dimes and I was supposed to be up 19 dimes by Feb 1 - needless to say I lost - the sales rep , kevin, suckered me into giving more money for Feist picks - one week McGrew was 1-7 and another week Feist was 0-8.
I was out 15 dimes - they said they would put my account on hold which they did and give me college and pro football - feist's elite college picks absolutely sucked - pro football was decent - when I started to complain, kevin said that they were a "sports information service and that I should use the information accordingly" - so I guess I was supposed to deduce that I am paying for picks that were no good - brilliant - one night, another idiot, Fred, allegedly Kevin's boss gave me two picks - the Pistons in NBA and West Virginia - their alleged Thursday night game of the year - they both lost - when I called to ask what was up - Fred said " I guess you don't have enough money for the best games " - Nice response - My friend, Fred called a free pick line in their office and who does he get on the phone - Kevin - trying to sell smash mouth sports for s Scott Spritzer - whatever you are doing to expose these crooks and liars, I am with you 100% -put them out of business.

Hello,
National Sports Services (Feist) stole a LOT of money from me, by scamming me into signing their contract.  I was naive and too nice.  I don't want anyone else to be scammed.   Is there any legal reason you shouldn't be allowed to have your website any longer?  I'm assuming if I create a web-site warning people, I'll encounter the same?  They threatened to subpoena phone records from my employer if I took legal action (where I had called them a few times in a 2 week span) in order to attempt to get me fired.   I think any rationale judge would ask NSS "why they wouldn't want to have a win/win outcome"?, and then rule that your website is a great consumer protection site.  But that's just me.

Thank you,

Please advise if you plan on removing the web-site.  I'm considering adding one if you remove yours because it bothers me a great deal that they took me for over 20k by taking advantage of a nice guy (me) and coaxing me into signing their contract.  I put my trust in the 2nd rep and didn't really think he'd do me the way he did because he initially seemed to care a lot.  Can you please advise?

A painter was seeking to paint houses in the neighborhood.  He was extremely
proud to pull out his list of customers he did business with over the last
few years, to provide evidence of his exceptional work for all his clients.
Great businesses are proud of their work.  Based on my experience, NSS Feist
isn't, and their objective was to scam me and take as much money as they
could from me.  NSS Feist will seek to have your web-site forcefully removed
because they have a found a cash-cow in ripping people off and do not want
any interference.  They believe it's ok to scam you into signing their
contract, and once that's done, that's it, they own your money, and as they
know, apart from a lawsuit you can't get your money back (and besides, won't
you look really stupid because you already signed a contract stating that
you won't take legal action against them anyway).  Your web-site should
remain and be fully protected under the provisions of the consumer
protection laws.  The best way to know a business is from customer
referrals, and your site says the truth and says it well.  Please do not
remove your site.

Dear Sirs,
NSS took thousands immorally from me.  They could care less about me and they
only care about the money they got because to them it was legal as I was
coaxed into signing their contract...which is no benefit to me, only them.
It highly upsets me that your website is no longer available.  I would like
to know what is going on and if you plan to return the website to the web.
I wouldn't be so concerned about it, but they made no attempts towards a
reasonable outcome with me, and because I was coaxed into signing their
form, they feel entitled to the money and treating me like dirt.

There's a scene from a TV series where a woman desires to shake the president's hand.  She deceptively feigns respect and admiration as she approaches...a total farce.  She shakes hands, walks away, and peels away a sheer layer with a toxic substance as she leaves.  Shortly thereafter, the president looks down and sees that the flesh on his hand has started to be eaten away.  This is the NSS modus operandi, except with you, it's going to be your money eaten away.  Their apparent "respect" and "friendliness" is 100% fake...they're going to fuck you over.  Maybe you'll be one of the lucky ones who makes money with them at the expense of those who they've
already ripped off???  Not likely. You'll have a lot of money stolen from you and you'll wake up knowing you got fucked bad.  Don't let it happen.  Don't be shy when you tell them to fuck off.

After being financially raped for over 21k by NSS, one can see how NSS would term any negative statement about their organization as libel, because your site goes directly to the heart of their ability to easily rip people off.  Of course they are going to desire to take legal action to try to shut down your great website (which is only a public service to save others from a similar plight).  Any fair-minded merchant is going to want to come to a reasonable outcome for any pissed off customer.  Not NSS, they take the low road, stay on the low road, and believe all is fine in deception and ripping people off.  They call it buyer's remorse.  Save others from being ripped off, let the site live-on in freedom and liberty for all.

The sales guy told me it's not necessary to pay taxes on the winnings...but I think what he really meant to convey is that one doesn't have to worry about taxes because you won't have any winnings.  I lost what I paid them in addition to the cash following their instructions.

Don't be a dumb ass and sign their contract. However, if you still insist on doing business with them, reword their contract and add some stipulations,
for example, that the money is fully refundable in the first 15 days, 50% refundable subsequent to that for a month, or whatever you see as fair.  They aren't fair, and you're not going to be dealing with fair, moral people.  They have no qualms about separating you from your money.  They have found a legal albeit immoral niche to take money from you (if you let them prey on you).  There are roughly 30 different synonymous words in the dictionary meaning to steal...don't be one of the ones that have to add to
that collection of descriptions.  If they aren't willing to allow their contract to be reworded towards a more fairly worded contract...then are they really worth doing business with?

The Feist reps will sell you on the "fact" that they are going to make you A
LOT of money.  But what do the Feist lawyers have to say?  They say "NSS
does not offer any guarantees.  We offer fact-based opinion-oriented sports
selections.  Our clients take personal responsibility for how they choose to
use the information."  Will you be told that information up front?  NO!  So
you're going to make A LOT of money, however, there's no guarantees?
Answer...you're not going to make A LOT of money dealing with Feist & Co.
(NSS), but NSS will make A LOT of money off of you.  Beware.

Jim Feist is an malevolent individual with obsequious representatives wanting to steal your money.  A millionaire without financial worries, who utterly lacks compassion.  He's worthless to society and worse (but richer!) than a petty thief.  I've been forced to work two jobs, and don't have time to spend with my children anymore, missing all their activities, homework, and sport events because I'm overworked trying to pay back all the loan money that Feist & Co. stole from me.  I wanted to back-out just after getting involved by Feist & Co., and requested a prorated refund. No way!  Just as someone else commented about lawyers, they  immediately got their lawyers involved and fought for every penny (thousands of dollars worth) for nothing, I barely used the service and no longer wanted to speak to the Feist rep after their crude obscentities telling me they'd read about me in the paper, and mock me while I begged for food on the streets.  If you do business with Feist (or Spreitzer or Cokin or whoever else is under Feist's regime), you're supporting financial terrorists who's only desire is to get richer off of you, and they don't care if they ruin your life.

Your site is right on! Rep A kept feeding me losers, then Rep B...from a different handicapper was smooth and worked hard to make you feel that he was a trusted friend, just as you said...he swore they'd new service would more than recover the previous losses...after paying a lot for the direct line of course...what a lie...they ripped me off...they get excited about ripping you off...I think they want to see you like that side-kick in the movie --Deliverance-- while they grab you by the ears and tell you to "Squeal like a pig". The Feist representative verbally guaranteed me that their Island games via the Direct line would win 8 out of 10 times.  They repeated that often.  After 7 straight losses in a row, they dismissed it, and said they never officially quoted 8 out of 10 times.  On 2 of those 7 games, I knew something about the games, and I told the Feist guy that I believed the opposite would occur...I was told I didn't have the inside scoop they had, but I ended up being right.  About the 7 straight losses?  They dismissed it, saying "bad streaks happen".   You may initially believe that you're just fronting "monopoly money" to pay NSS as they hypnotize you into believing they are "family" and they are going to make you very wealthy (they work double-time to convince you that they will), and you'll get everything paid off quickly...don't believe it.  Hit yourself har d in the face and wake yourself up...it's a scam.  If you don't, you're going to wake up shortly with 10k to 30k in debt (depending on how gullible you are), and they arent going to care at all.  Then you could potentially meet their real "family"...greedy lawyers who have also found this scam to be very lucrative.

NSS desires to immorally steal your money.  To continue receiving their "service", they politely request (at first) that you sign a service form (before you start receiving losing picks) that states:

I, < insert name >, hereby acknowledge all charges that were authorized via recorded verification made to National Sports Services to be received as stated above. I, < insert name >, will in no way make any claims against National Sports Services or any of its divisions for any charges that I have incurred regardless of method of payment including charges on my Visa #XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX as of this date < Insert date >. I, < insert name >, do release and discharge National Sports Services, a business located in Nevada, from all claims and demands whatsoever in law or in equity. It is further understood and agreed that this is a full and final release of all claims of any nature and kind whatsoever against National Sports Services and all prior services and charges are non-refundable.

NSS seeks to cross their t's and dot their i's so they practically have an iron-clad license to rip you off.   DO NOT SIGN THIS!  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE JERKS!  Instead, go to the Better Business Bureau of Southern Nevada and fill out a complaint form and let the world know you saved yourself from being ripped off by these immoral con-artists known as Nevada Sports Schedule filed with the BBB, and also as National Sports Services.  Yes, they have filed with the BBB as Nevada Sports Schedule!  They believe they are so clever in ripping you off that they can get away with anything.   Arrogance of deep pockets to pay lawyers to steal your hard-earned money.  DO NOT BUY INTO TH EIR CRAP ABOUT THEM HELPING YOU MAKE A LOT OF MONEY!  TELL THEM WHERE TO GO AND STAY AWAY FROM THESE IMMORAL THIEFS.  Then thank info@cokinsports.com for the great information and real service you received.
